Arboricultural Consultancy has grown immensely in the time that we have been supplying tree reports and our principle Arboricultural Consultant, David Lloyd-Jones, has been intimately involved in the evolution of the service throughout that time.
For example, he established the Consulting Arborist Society in the late 1990’s and served as chairman for 8 years, growing the organisation and designing the training protocols that that organisation is still successfully using now. We have supplied tree advice in the formal and technical form required to satisfy the requirements of modern Arboricultural Consultancy to thousands of clients including many of the largest property developers, large civil engineering companies, architects, PLC’s, national utilities and of course the good tree owning people of Cheshire.
We provide tree reports to guide people through property purchase and in fact Arboricultural Tree Reports for mortgage and insurance purposes are one of the most frequent reports that we provide. That might be because we specialise in delivering such reports within 2 working days (and often even faster than that) and because our advice goes well beyond the requirements of the mortgage insurers.
Our Post Property Damage Tree Reports are based on our own format and have identified trees as influencing factors (sometimes eliminating them as factors) in reports that we have conducted all over the UK albeit that most of the reports that we cave conducted for homeowners have been completed in Cheshire, Lancashire, Manchester, Chester and Liverpool.
